At Foundation Clinic, we believe great care starts with continuity, not just convenience. That’s why we’ve built a membership model around one simple idea: your health deserves attention over time, not just in moments of crisis.

Every membership starts with a comprehensive onboarding consultation to understand your medical history, goals, and lifestyle. During the consultation, we perform a comprehensive medical exam and run extensive lab tests.

Before the meeting and with your approval, your doctor goes through your medical data to form a full picture of you.

Within 1-2 weeks, your doctor invites you for a meeting to go through a personalised report of your findings, recommendations, and proposed actions for the next 6-12 months.

Doctors' or nurses' at-home visits, extended or 24/7 doctor availability and international care coordination through our specialist network are also available upon request. Acute appointments, specialist medical procedures and additional services are charged separately according to our price list.
