Foundation Clinic was founded in 2024 to address the changing nature of healthcare.

We are a modern healthcare provider that focuses on prevention and proactiveness to keep our patients healthy and intervening as early as possible.

Our medical core is in personalized individual care backed by our own prevention protocol that is based on the latest medical research. Our job is to ensure that that our patients could live their life without worry, to the fullest.

Our main product is a membership-based preventative health service.

As a member, you’re assigned a dedicated doctor and nurse. Our medical team crafts a personalized annual preventive health program and proactively monitors your health throughout your membership.

Unlike most prevention-focused clinics, our membership includes a layer of acute care. Our patients can deal with a single service provider and in return, our doctors are able treat you truly holistically.

You also gain access to the leading medical professionals locally and internationally.
